Nautsa'mawt FC Proud to Announce Groundbreaking Partnership with EA Sports FC

EA SPORTSFC, the football platform powered by videogames, becomes Nautsa’mawt FC’s first platinum sponsor in an exciting new partnership with the club. Earlier today, EA SPORTS announced FC FUTURES; a plan to meaningfully invest in community-level football on a global scale with the purpose of growing the game for all. Supporting Nautsa’mawt FC is one of the very first partnerships announced as part of that investment.
“EA SPORTS FC is a symbol for a positive future of football, and that future will be built on providing young people with the access and tools necessary to follow their dreams,” said David Jackson, VP of Brand Marketing at EA SPORTS. “We are looking forward to partnering with football organisations and icons across the globe to inspire the next generation of young football fans and grow their love of the game.”
“We are inspired by EA SPORTS and their vision to create real world change at the grassroots level,” said Deana Gill, CEO & Co-Founder of Hope and Health For Life Society. “The primary objective of Nautsa’mawt FC is to implement meaningful steps to reconciliation by activating our “champions for life” mentorship methodology across the team and entire business model. We could not be more excited to have EA SPORTS and their focus on creating new authentic experiences that bring joy, inclusivity, and immersion- join us as our Platinum Sponsor.”
Nautsa'mawt FC Announces Gold Partnership with Jersey Maker Oddball Workshop

Oddball Workshop is Vancouver’s creative source for sublimated performance apparel and custom teamwear. They started in 2008 when a couple of friends who share a love for fun designs wanted their community to have a simple way to purchase high-quality, great looking custom gear – without the often high minimum quantities and pricy set up fees. Over the last few years, they have evolved and grown extensively to become a business well-known for premium quality performance apparel, great customer service, and creative designs.
“The team’s dedication to promoting health and wellness through sport is truly inspiring. We are thrilled to be supporting such an important cause,” said Kai Low, President of Oddball Workshop and Supply. “Hope and Health, Nautsa’mawt Football Club is making a real difference in the lives of Indigenous children and youth, and we are proud to be a part of that. The sponsorship will provide funds for the team’s training kits, as well as support for community outreach programs. Their commitment to excellence and creativity aligns perfectly with our own values. Together, we can achieve great things.”

Kw'umut Lelum Foundation
The Club is thrilled to announce that Kw’umut Lelum will expand on their ongoing commitment as a founding partner of Hope and Health for Life Society with Kw’umut Lelum Foundation becoming a Silver Sponsor of Nautsa’mawt FC.
“Kw’umut Lelum Foundation is very proud to be a silver sponsor for Nautsa’mawt FC,” said Sharon Hobenshield, Executive Director of Kw’umut Lelum Foundation. “The ‘champion for life’ model aligns with our vision of investing in our Indigenous youth and communities, weaving hope, and opportunity for the future. We look forward to supporting the reconciliation relationship, and witnessing the reciprocal impact that occurs when we create opportunities for youth to engage from a place of strength.”

UBC Athletics
Continuing the long and valued partnership with UBC Thunderbirds women’s and men’s soccer teams, the core roster will be formed by the “best in the west” student athletes alongside Indigenous athletes who will take their rightful place on the training and game rosters – led by the UBC Thunderbirds coaching team- who will mentor Indigenous players + coaches on their development journey. Under the new organizational structure UBC Athletics will remain an active partner in the success of the League1 BC Club, including providing support for infrastructure and personnel with the Club continuing to play home games at Thunderbird Stadium in 2023.
